Q What is the process?

A Our copywriting team does not need to see your product in person, nor does manufacturing need to be fully completed. You just need to know your product details! Please provide as much product information as possible when completing the Product Information Form, which will be sent to your email after you sign up. Once this crucial information is provided, your listing is assigned to one of our expert listing specialists who will reach out if they have additional questions. Listing optimizations are delivered via email on your selected delivery date and include an optimized product title, 5 bullet points, a product description, and backend search terms. Please note clients must copy and paste the provided content into their own Seller Central account.

Q Do you need access to my Amazon account?

A No. Completed listing optimization copy is provided to the client in a PDF template and text only file. Clients can copy and paste the content from the text file to their Seller Central account themselves.

Q How long does it take?

A Listing optimizations are emailed to you on your selected delivery date. Please note our copywriters need time to research your product and skillfully craft each listing. If your Product Information Form is not submitted to our team at least 5 business days prior to your selected delivery date, content delivery can be delayed accordingly.

Q When will I see my keywords index after implementation? Will I rank on page 1?

A Keyword indexing can take as little as a few minutes to as long as a few days. Generally, we see complete indexation within a few hours of adding the new copy. Once your keywords are indexed, you may find your product ranking well for long-tail low-competition keywords with little to no sales, but for more competitive keywords, you will have to do more to prove your relevance. The best way to prove relevance is through sales! Make sure that your listing is well optimized before driving sales or you will never find your product ranking.
